Please read the following information regarding parking for the hotel:
Parking is not available at the Hotel premises. A 3 consecutive day parking pass can be purchased from reception for £10.60 which is valid for 3 consecutive days. The parking pass can be used in any of the Derbyshire Dales District Council Car Parks but please note the maximum permitted period will apply the short-stay car parks. We recommend parking in The Agricultural Business Centre (DE45 1AH) which is a short walk from the hotel, or alternatively New Street car park (DE45 1DW) which is a 5-minute walk. *Please note the agricultural centre is locked between the hours of 10pm and 6am so removal of a vehicle is not possible between these hours**.
Granby Road Car Park (DE45 1ES) opposite the hotel is a 2/4 hours max (rear Courtyard). stay, when purchasing a pass the max stay must be adhered to.
Alternatively, we recommend using the pay and display machine next to the Spa shop within the Granby Road car park. (The other machine next to the public toilets will only allow 2 hours parking).
Pay and display charges: £1 between 6pm-8am.

Alternatively park in the New Street car park to purchase an All day ticket for £6.00.
Electric vehicle charging points- Two charging points are located within the New Street car park. D2N2 RFID card, CYC RFID car or app, or bp pulse access card.
Guests can no longer park on Granby Road Car Park between the hours of 5am-7pm on Mondays due to the market held within the car park, so the Agricultural centre must be used during these hours.
If you arrive during the day time on a MONDAY before 7:00pm we recommend navigating to the New Street Car Park (DE45 1DW) or The Agricultural Centre (DE45 1AH). Once the market has finished there is ample parking available within Granby Road for overnight parking.
Parking will be free after 2pm throughout the month of September in Derbyshire Dales District Council's car parks in Ashbourne, Bakewell, Matlock, Matlock Bath and Wirksworth

The H Boutique Hotel Terms and Conditions
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact our Hotel Reservations team on 01629 812033 48 hours prior to check in, to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. Please note that changes may result in a rate change and/or may also attract service fee. For group bookings (5 or more rooms) a deposit will be required.
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
- Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full deposit refund
- Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of deposit refund
- Cancellation made 48hrs or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due
No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against a stay in one of our 10 boutique rooms or against our sister company The H Coffee Bar and Restaurant.
Ordering Your Gift Voucher
Please contact reception via email on email@example.com or telephone 01629 812033 to order your voucher, gift vouchers are available for any amount at £50 increments.
We aim to dispatch vouchers by First Class post via Royal Mail within 2 working days.
Gift Cards & Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Guest charges in excess of the gift card's value may be settled with cash or major credit card. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
We are sorry, but gift vouchers purchased either online or at our hotel cannot be returned.
Terms and Conditions
The provisional booking will be held for two weeks, after which time it may be released without further notification. A deposit is required to secure the booking, the final balance is payable two weeks prior to the event.
Our Preferred method of payment is by Debit card, Credit card, Cheques and Cash are also accepted.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable therefore we recommend you take out suitable Wedding insurance. It is however worth noting that most policies will not cover you should you make a voluntary decision not to proceed.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) IMPORTANT NOTICE
We require immediate notification if you or anyone staying with you or on a reservation you have booked is self-isolating or should be self-isolating in line with Government guidelines. In any circumstances, The H Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations, before or during your stay, if it is for the purpose of self-isolation.
If your booking is for stays on or before the 30th April, we have amended our cancellation policy as follows:
- If you do not wish to travel at present, we will offer customers the opportunity to rebook* at a later date subject to availability and any price differences. * Re-booking window is until 1st Dec 2020 inclusive.
The H Boutique Hotel adopts dynamic pricing and the price of our rooms fluctuates based on demand. When you make a reservation request, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested. The price you pay is the price quoted to you at the time you make your reservation.
Hotel check-in time is from 3:00pm. The latest check in time is 10pm, if you require check in after 10pm please arrange this with reception prior to your arrival. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Pre-registration can be arranged upon request at an additional charge. Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.
Accepted Method of Payment
If you wish to settle your account with a credit card you will be required to present the card at check-in.
If you prefer to settle your account with cash, you will be required to pay the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit to cover all incidentals at the time of check-in.
Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in. The H Boutique Hotel does not accept personal or company cheques as a method of payment, unless pre-payment is made 10 business days prior to arrival.
