Dear Resident,
We wish you a very warm welcome to the H Boutique Hotel and look forward to making your stay here as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Additional items are available from reception on request: Wine glasses, bottle opener, plates & cutlery.
Printed copies of walking maps and tourist information are also available on request.

Daily Housekeeping: If you do not wish to have your room serviced, please leave the ‘do not disturb sign’ on your door. If you require additional items for your room please ask at reception. If you would like fresh towels, please leave the used ones in the shower/bath.
Standard check out time is 10:00am however, should you wish to arrange a late check out time, please contact reception. This will be subject to availability.
For a cosy place to unwind why not visit The H Bar and Restaurant. This eatery is available on site and welcome our in-house guests to come eat and drink. (This is a separate business but serves our guests with exceptional food and beverages, we can even arrange room service during their opening times).
The Bar is open to residents until 10:00pm each evening. You are more than welcome to take drinks up to the room.

KEY CARDS
Please ensure you have your key card on you at all times as reception is not manned after 10:00pm. Any issues after this time please call the out of hours contact number.
FIRE
Detailed plans of fire escape routes are on the back of each bedroom door. Please ensure that you know the most direct route out to the Fire Point which is Granby Road Carpark, before you retire for the night.
If you discover a fire, please do not attempt to put it out, immediately make your way to the nearest fire point (Granby Road Car park).
Please note that by law we are required to test the fire alarm once a week. We do this at
2:00 pm every Tuesday and should last for approximately 20 seconds.

ROOM CONTROLS
TV – our televisions are programmed to receive Freeview channels. Turn on the tv using the remote control and select the channel panel from the start menu. Press the ‘CH List’ button on your remote to browse through channels.
Heating/Cooling – the white panel located next to the entrance of your room can be set to your desired temperature. To start, press the on button which will turn green when in use. Press the top left-hand button to select the setting and the middle circular panel to set the desired temperature. The control for the heated towel rail in your bathroom is located underneath, it is off when the light shines blue. To turn on, press the power button and then press the +/- to set the heat. Please contact Reception if you have any issues.
