Discover the “Palace of Advent” this Christmas.

The countdown to Christmas has begun as Chatsworth House and Gardens is transformed into The Palace of Advent.

Discover 24 rooms filled with Christmas wonder and the sights, sounds and scents of the season. Archways dressed with candy canes, handmade stockings and mistletoe.

Keep an eye out for Santa’s little helpers around the house as you make your way to Father Christmas’ workshop bustling with activity as they prepare for the Christmas Eve deliveries all around the world.

Wrap up warm with a piping hot drink to explore the gardens following an interactive light and sound trail past the cascade and through the rock garden and maze with a spectacular light show transforming the house into a giant advent calendar.

Finish off the day with a wander round the Christmas Markets and the stables for a spot of Christmas Shopping and a bite to eat at one of the many food stands or just a drink at one of the outdoor bars.
